BlueChew treatments can be shipped to most of the United States. We are working diligently to be available in all 50 states and provide international shipping in the future. For more information about which states we currently ship to, please reach out to our support team via email support@bluechew.com, phone (970)438-2583, or chat on our website.

If you currently live in a state that we do not ship to and would like to be notified when BlueChew treatments are available where you live, please share your email address on the "Register" page and we will notify you when we begin shipping to your state.

We cannot accept returns for prescription treatments. If you have any questions about prescription treatment that you received from BlueChew, please reach out to our support team via email support@bluechew.com , phone (970)438-2583, or chat on our website.

Please refer to the tracking information to check the status of your package. You can access the tracking information from an email that was sent when the package was processed, or by logging into your account, navigating to the “Orders” tab, and clicking on the tracking number.

Order delays can be caused by address errors, carrier delays, and/or other issues. If your order is going to be delivered later than expected, or there is another shipping issue, we are here to help!

We send all orders in non-branded kraft mailers. Orders fulfilled by the Pharmacies do not use child-resistant packaging.

Yes, we offer an overnight shipping option!

The overnight shipping option is available if the order is placed before 12 PM CST Monday-Thursday. If overnight shipping is selected, and the order is placed outside of these times, it will still be charged and processed as overnight shipping, but the order will not be shipped until the next business day. You will receive an email that contains tracking information as soon as it ships.

Note that we cannot offer overnight shipping if your treatment is being shipped to a military base and/or a P.O. Box.
