About Carmen Nolen, FNP-C
Carmen began her clinical career in cardiac surgery intensive care, where she worked as a registered nurse before advancing her training as a nurse practitioner.
She later completed a postgraduate Advanced Clinical Practitioner fellowship in cardiology at Carolinas HealthCare System in Charlotte, North Carolina, further developing her expertise in cardiovascular medicine and cardiac surgery.
Her clinical experience has since expanded into family practice and telemedicine, where she has provided care to patients through virtual healthcare platforms. Carmen has also held leadership roles with Florida Telehealth Medical Group for more than five years, serving as both an NP Team Lead and NP Manager.
In addition to her clinical work, Carmen has experience in nursing education. She spent two years as a classroom and clinical nursing instructor at Jefferson College of Health Sciences, helping train future healthcare professionals in both academic and clinical settings.
