BlueChew PDE5 Inhibitors Only (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil)

Do not take any BlueChew products if you take medication containing nitrates or guanylate cyclase stimulators for pulmonary hypertension, as this could cause an unsafe drop in blood pressure.
Do not consume BlueChew if you are allergic to sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, or any of their ingredients.
Discuss your health with your provider to ensure that you are healthy enough for sex.

Before taking BlueChew, inform your healthcare provider if you:

  • Have or have had heart problems such as a heart attack, irregular heartbeat, angina, chest pain, narrowing of the aortic valve, or heart failure
  • Have had heart surgery within the last 12 months
  • Have pulmonary hypertension
  • Have had a stroke
  • Have low blood pressure or high blood pressure that is not controlled
  • Have a deformed penis shape
  • Have had an erection that lasted for more than 4 hours
  • Have problems with your blood cells, such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia
  • Have retinitis pigmentosa, a rare genetic (runs in families) eye disease
  • Have ever had severe vision loss, including an eye problem called NAION
  • Have bleeding problems
  • Have or have had stomach ulcers
  • Have liver problems
  • Have kidney problems or are currently undergoing dialysis treatment
  • Have any other medical conditions

Sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil may affect how other medicines work (and vice versa), causing side effects.

Please inform your healthcare provider if you take any of the following medications:

  • Nitrates- Guanylate cyclase stimulators such as Adempas (riociguat)
  • Alpha-blockers such as Hytrin (terazosin HCl), Cardura (doxazosin mesylate), or Minipress (prazosin HCl).
  • HIV protease inhibitors, such as ritonavir (Norvir), saquinavir (Fortovase or Invirase), or atazanavir sulfate (Reyataz)
  • Some types of oral antifungal medicines, such as ketoconazole and itraconazole (Sporanox)
  • Some types of antibiotics, such as clarithromycin (Biaxin) or erythromycin
  • Other medicines that treat high blood pressure
  • Other medicines or treatments for ED
  • Sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil should not be used with REVATIO or with other PAH treatments containing sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, or any other PDE5 inhibitors (such as Adcirca tadalafil)

Medications offered from BlueChew (sildenafil, tadalafil, or vardenafil) do not protect against sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV.

  • Vitamin C: Diarrhea; Upset Stomach; Vomiting

Serious Side Effects

Stop taking the medication and seek immediate help to prevent any further or permanent damage if you experience any of the following:

  • Sudden Vision or Hearing Changes
  • Prolonged Erection
  • Persistent Dizziness
  • Passing Out/Syncope
  • Unexplained Bruising or Bleeding
  • Very Bad Muscle Pain, Back Pain, Soreness, or Weakness
  • Chest Pain or Pressure
  • Weakness on One Side of the Body
  • Trouble Speaking or Thinking
  • Balance Changes
  • Facial Drooping
  • Heartbeat that Does Not Feel Normal

BlueChew GOLD (sildenafil, tadalafil, apomorphine, oxytocin)

Do not take any BlueChew products if you take medication containing nitrates or guanylate cyclase stimulators for pulmonary hypertension, as this could cause an unsafe drop in blood pressure.
If you are allergic to any of the following BlueChew active ingredients (or any of the ingredients contained in the compounded), then do not consume them:
  • sildenafil, tadalafil, apomorphine, oxytocin
Discuss your health with your provider to ensure that you are healthy enough for sex.

Inform your healthcare provider if any of the following apply to you:

  • Have or have had heart problems such as a heart attack, irregular heartbeat, angina, chest pain, narrowing of the aortic valve, or heart failure
  • Have been diagnosed with long QT syndrome or have a prolonged QT interval.
  • Have had heart surgery within the last 12 months
  • Have pulmonary hypertension
  • Have had a stroke
  • Have low blood pressure or high blood pressure that is not controlled
  • Have a deformed penis shape
  • Have had an erection that lasted for more than 4 hours
  • Have problems with your blood cells, such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia
  • Have retinitis pigmentosa, a rare genetic (runs in families) eye disease
  • Have ever had severe vision loss, including an eye problem called NAION
  • Have bleeding problems
